Nope, there's no rush. You have 90 days to choose your gift cards after you buy a Mixy deal. However don't wait too long as each brand only has a limited number of cards available. Once a brand runs out of cards, you will have to choose another from our catalog.

Each brand decides how long their gift cards are good for. The minimum is three months. These are promotional gift cards and when you claim one, you can see its expiration date below the card in My Cards.

Yes and no. These gift cards do not work for subscription orders (i.e. "Subscribe and Save" offers). You can still buy the product from the brand normally, however you can not subscribe to have a regular shipment of that product sent to you using a Mixy-provided gift card at checkout. This is a technical limitations of the shopping cart system that our brands use and is beyond our control. Sorry.

Yes! You can buy as many Mixy deals as you'd like. Just remember that you can only use one $20 gift card per brand so there are enough cards for everyone to enjoy.

Once you purchase Mixy, you will be able to choose/claim the gift cards that your Mixy deal(s) come with. However your purchase of Mixy and your claiming of gift cards are both non-refundable and non-returnable.
